By using Empiria, you agree to be bound by these terms. The application is a tool for personal audio playback on macOS.

2. Licensing

Empiria is free to download. A one-time in-app purchase ($4.99) grants you a permanent, non-transferable license to use all current and future features of version 1.x on macOS devices you own.

3. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
